They are harder than others lean

Hormonal disorders such as hypothyroidism, thyroid, diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome and weight loss difficult. Weight loss is difficult, but this difficulty may also increase a person's medical condition.

According to the America Academy of Family Physicians, certain medical conditions may increase the difficulty of losing weight. These problems include:

- Hormonal disorders such as hypothyroidism, thyroid, polycystic ovarian syndrome and diabetes.

- Cardiovascular problems such as heart valve disorders and congestive heart failure.

- Impact on sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea.

- Eating disorders such as bulimia effective in the extreme.
