The Skater Skirt is All Grown Up this Fall

Somewhere your mom is applauding. Why? Because longer skirts are coming back.
The easiest way to wear an A-line leather skirt is with a crisp white blouse. If the minimal look isn’t your thing, spice it up with a pair of snakeskin pumps or bright pointed wedges.
Crop tops are still happening for fall, but the shape is a lot boxier and only shows a sliver of midriff as opposed to a full-on abdominal moment. Look for a top made out of thick fabric so that it holds its shape, and wear with a structured A-line skirt.
Put together a colorblocked look with a thin sweater and a flared skirt. To keep it from looking boring, do an unexpected pairing with one pastel and one jewel tone, or one neon and one neutral
.
Striped tees win again for most versatile item of clothing. Pair them with full taffeta skirts for contrast.
Try tucking a denim shirt into an A-line skirt. Add a statement belt for a look that’s very Olivia Palermo.
Another look that we love is the varsity jacket/flared skirt combo. For this look you can go with a pair of single-strap stilettos or neon running sneakers.
